Dennis Wedlick is honored to have been asked to present the Hudson Passive Project at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) National Convention in Washington, DC this spring. Entitled "Passive House: Town and Country," the presentation will address the building science that has enabled our Hudson Passive Project to function on 90% less energy for heating and cooling than a conventional house. (In fact, the Hudson Passive Project has gone the entire winter without any heating whatsoever!) Our talk will show how passive house building science works equally well for renovations and urban infill as for new construction. He will be speaking on Friday, May 18th at 4:00PM.
